I work in the AC all day and wanted something light to wear inside, as well as not bake like a potato if I went outside. I also wanted a light top to workout in. These do all of those things.I am 5’9 and 176 lb of pure disappoint and the Large fits fine. You don’t really notice that situps are the thing I skip most. They don’t cling to me like a wetsuit, accentuating the result of several frosty adult beverages and bad decisions, and they don’t hang too loose.The tag says not to tumble dry. In a rush to switch the laundry, so that I could quickly to get back to my waffles and cartoons, I accidentally tossed them into the dryer on high with the rest of it. There was no shrinkage at all.I completely recommend these. I will be ordering another set. Warmer when you need it, cool when you need it, and overall great. They’re the tops.
