I am disappointed with my recent purchase, a replacement for a previous model.I have owned several pairs of these shoes and have always been very happy with them.They do wear out after 3 to 4 years; the heel of the sole cracks and then pieces break off.Meanwhile, the upper portion of the the shoe remained in good condition.HOWEVER, the current model of the shoe has been redesigned and the fit is smaller than the previous model.I was happy with the fit of the previous size 13; the current size 13 is too small.The width of the current size 14 is less than the previous 13, with a similar length as the previous 13.I will keep my recently purchased 14ʻs and try to repair the heels of my old 13ʻs.Was very happy with them until May. A hole developed in the toe where my big toe is. I use this around the house and not for going outside or anything so its disappointing.I was on the fence as to which size to order based on conflicting reviews. My husband wears 11 1/2 dress shoe..I purchased the 13 so he could wear socks if he chose to. He states they are very warm, very comfortable...even joked he might sleep in them..I'm pleased with the quality and look.LOVE these slippers but they are too small. When I contacted LAMO directly, they informed me to order one size up for the best fit. They changed manufactures a few years back and that seems to be the issue since my previous pair of LAMOs from 2012!! fit perfectly at my normal size, which is 11. I'm returning these and re-ordering a size 12.
