Ordered a size 10 but too big. Keep my feet dry but even with the insulation, my toes were ice cold after a few minutes, even with thick socks. Not recommended for temperatures below 40 degrees.I have now worn these for 2 winters. All in all they have held up well. The seam sealing has kept water out and the wide base provides a firm base in slippery conditions. I used these almost daily, walking the dog in about on the average 30 degree weather. The amount of insulation is a tradeoff in having more and hence more weight or less and lighter. For most practical purposes the 200 grams is fine. The key is being waterproof. I have not had any leaks or water intrusion, the tongue is sealed to the side. They are also quite comfortable, even with a more rigid sole. All in all a winner, ordered a second pair.
