I purchased these shoes last year and have two to three months of wear on them in an office environment. They started squeaking while I walked about a month in. I’ve changed insoles and tried various thickness of socks, with no luck. The seller changed the return policy to one month from purchase, and refused to help me resolve the issue. This is a great looking boot, but I would recommend purchasing direct from the manufacturer who has a better customer service policy.
