Product Description

Smith & Wesson Men's Breach 2.0 Tactical Boots, Black, 11

Product Features

Ethylene Vinyl Acetate sole

SMITH & WESSON - Known for outstanding quality and attention to fine detail. We're proud to introduce a boot that sets a new standard for construction, durability, and price. The Breach 2.0 is built upon years of top caliber manufacturing and industry experience.

TOUGH - The leather and nylon construction is made to provide full protection without compromising on comfort. A gusseted tongue keeps dirt and debris out.

COMFORTABLE ALL DAY - An EVA Midsole gives lightweight comfort and cradled support, and for added support we used a steel shank. Board-lasted construction creates a torsional rigidity that reduces foot fatigue during long work shifts.

SLIP RESISTANCE - The rubber outsole is engineered to minimize traction loss with an innovative pattern that grips dirt, waxed surfaces, fences and ladders, and anything the urban jungle can throw at you.

AFFORDABLE - Breach 2.0 provides high quality construction at a budget-friendly price, giving you the best bang for your buck. No matter your trade, if you require footwear you can count on, the Breach 2.0 works hard like you do to outperform and outlast. Direct Premium Buys donates a portion of the proceeds to Operation First Response, a wounded-warrior charity.

I have repetitively gotten these boots multiple times over the years (on the right are after 2 1/2 years)I am not very proud to say, for a long while, I needed to live outside in coastal MA. These boots saw me through it all, and then some. They will last. They will. From aggressive treads, to the lightweight support, these boots will see it all. They are moderately waterproof, nothing to go submerging, but I've walked through puddles to the ankle and stayed dry. Even when they start taking bad damage to them, they hold their ground more reliably than any other boot I've ever seen. The ventilation is also top teir, I have yet to find anything better, even in most sneakers. One note, on my first pair after about a year, the seams on the toe cap started coming apart a tiny bit. Nothing a lighter and a bit of melted paracord didnt fix for the rest of those ones long life as well. On the ones in the picture, after a year and a half and then some, i needed to sew part of the heel back together, cuz they were all i had. I never had that issue again afterwards. In the pic you'll see, that happened to the lace hole after about two years, but is only now becoming an issue enough to replace. I just sprayed WD-40 on it to waterproof it, and I've never had any other issue other than tightening them. I dont like the laces, I use 550 paracord. the laces snapped on me after 6 months, but i didn't mind, we got abused together so 6 months isnt half bad.I trust these with my life, from sleeping in sub zero temperatures to 110, they will last and they will never let you down, and I never intend on going back to any other boot.Other notes. Fits to size very well, I've been in countless fights in these and they're great. Very difficult to break in, very rigid. That is not a bad thing whatsoever, I actually really like it. My first pair, after about a year and a half the finish on the toe started coming off, but I acted fast and polish fixed like new. My second pair never had that issue, honestly it was a freak incident in my opinion. They have very aggressive treads, even after years of beating them. They will track mud through your house really bad if you dont pick it out in some places
